Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Queen Tape is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages Vara Lab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@varalab.com.au within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in investigating the matter with the carrier.
